Its location was excellent and peaceful, to a very good supermarket. The rooms were brand-new and high standard with an excellent breakfast. Exceptionally helpful and very amiable staff gave advice on things to do. Had a pleasant stay, liked our room and would come back for sure...

The lack of parking facilities meant we had to park our car on the road, which was inconvenient.

The venue was pleasant and vibrant, I liked the location near the center or cathedral and Aachen and the football stadion, and inner courtyard views. The hotel was in the central setting down a hill. Dined at Restaurant Kochkultur, it was not too far away from the venue. The double room was functional, included a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. The food was lovely - a great selection of options.

Well, there was a spider and stain too.

The staff were attentive and efficient people. Its location was perfect and excellent, just 5 minutes walk from thermal baths. Shopping malls and supermarkets were right next door.

The restaurant was GOOD for dinner here, I had hot dishes. It had a very comfy bed and included a clean bathroom a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The location was particularly good, near a bus stop and easy to find. And it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Restaurant Kochkultur, ate there once or twice.

The value for money at Hampton was excellent, with a comfortable room and great amenities. The location was convenient, being a short walk to the city center, and the staff were attentive and responsive.

Breakfast choices could be improved with better food replenishment and a wider selection available.

Appetising food and splendid room - had a really comfortable stay for a business trip. This accommodation had a central setting close enough to the city center. Moreover, it's so close to Carolus Thermen, and the bar/checking/restaurant.

Some of the staff were a little rude.

The hotel was a cosy base for enjoying a new area, near a stadium and conference center and the town centre. I liked the spotless and silent room for football fans a nice touch and the staff were superfriendly. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of meals.

The hotel offers large meal in the morning with coffee machine and less options than before, as example. The stuff are very amiable and extremely friendly, we appreciated them.

The reception and restaurant staff were polite and attentive, especially Stefan, who went above and beyond as the maitre'de, chef, and waiter. The hotel was newly finished and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect balance of firmness and softness. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to the CHIO Horse Festival and the town. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the WiFi and parking were reliable and secure.

It was unclear whether the drinks in the lobby fridge were complimentary or not, causing some confusion. The cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the carpets, could be improved.

The hotel was vibrant, location was peaceful away from the train station, large breakfast. An individual safe, climate control and an iron were available in my double room. The staff was attentive, excellent, and everything was very good. Good service was provided here. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.
